Service Description
This service is ideal for pets who need a quick refresh between full grooming sessions. Regular maintenance of these areas helps prevent infections, improves mobility, and keeps your pet feeling their best! Service includes: ✔️ Bottom pad shaving – Trimming excess hair from the paw pads helps improve traction, prevents slipping, and reduces the risk of debris or dirt getting trapped. ✔️ Sanitation clip – A light trim around sensitive paw areas helps maintain hygiene, reducing odor and the risk of matting or irritation. ✔️ Nail trim – Keeping nails at a healthy length prevents discomfort, improves posture, and protects your floors and furniture. This can be added to another bathing or grooming service.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling ◾ High-demand days (Saturdays and select Fridays) require a booking interval of 6 weeks or less between grooming services. Pricing Policy The listed price for each service reflects the minimum charge for that service. Please note that additional charges may apply based on the following factors: ◾ Length of the appointment required to complete the service ◾ Time between regular scheduled grooming appointments ◾ Your pet's breed, size, and weight differs from what is scheduled ◾ Use of specialty products or additional services requested during the appointment Final costs will be determined at the time of service to ensure that your pet's individual needs are met with the highest level of care. Card on File You will be required to keep a card on file when booking. Your card will NOT be charged when booking services unless specified for a service. This card will be charged a disclosed fee in the event that you do not meet our cancellation policy guidelines. Cancellation Policy & Late Fees We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. However, to respect our staff's time and scheduling, we ask for your cooperation with the following policies: ◾ Appointment changes: Please reschedule using our booking platform or cancel at least 48 hours in advance by text or calling the location of booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a fee of 75% of the booked service cost. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. ◾ Late pick-up fees: A fee of $1 per minute applies after the scheduled pick-up or service completion time, capped at $25 (25 minutes). After 25 minutes, daycare or overnight fees will be applied. ◾ After closing delays: We allow a maximum delay of 10 minutes after closing at the provider's discretion, charged at $5 per minute. Beyond 10 minutes, the overnight fee of $55 per night applies, and pick-up will be the next business day. ◾ Overnight cancellations: Adjust or cancel overnight stays at least 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay cost.
