As a Bather, you play a hands-on role in improving the look, feel, and overall well-being of our furry guests. A Day in the Life of a Bather • Bathe each scheduled pet to our quality standards • Answer phones and assist with daily operational tasks • Observe pets closely and use good judgment to alert groomers or owners of any concerns or abnormalities • Provide every guest with an exceptional experience from start to finish • Treat all pets with kindness, patience, and respect • Speak confidently and authentically about our products and services • Educate pet parents on the benefits of our holistic approach to pet care • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including floors, kennels, yards, walls, and bowls • Positively interact with pet parents in person, by phone, text, and email What We’re Looking For We will teach you a lot, but we’re looking for someone who already brings the following: • Must be 18 years or older • At least 6 months of pet bathing or pet care experience preferred • Genuine passion for pet care and animal well-being • Willingness to learn about our products and services • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and some weekends • Strong time management and multitasking skills • Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented • Ability to clean and stock work areas as needed Physical Requirements • Work both indoors and outdoors • Spend most of the day standing, walking, bending, and kneeling • Lift 50+ pounds safely • Comfortably handle small and large dogs with varying behaviors • Work around pet hair and dander • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, text, and phone • Interact with clients in a friendly, upbeat manner Position Details Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.00+ per hour, plus tips Additional Perks: Continued education opportunities

PLAYTIME & BOARDING CARE ASSISTANT

As a Playtime & Boarding Pet Care Assistant, you play a vital role in creating a safe, enriching, and loving environment for our guests. This position involves frequent hands-on interaction with pets, so strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, caring presence are essential. Opportunities for growth are available. RETAIL

Mosa Pet Spa & Resort is seeking an experienced Retail Team Member to support our retail store and grooming facility in downtown Cary. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with us long term and becoming a valued part of our team. This role is often the first and last point of contact for our clients, so professionalism, warmth, and strong communication skills are essential.
