Our comprehensive package keeps your pet looking and feeling their best while prioritizing their comfort and well-being. We recommend booking every 4–6 weeks to maintain a healthy coat, prevent matting, and keep your pet feeling fresh and comfortable year-round. Service Includes: ◾ Specialty shampoo bath for a clean, healthy coat ◾ Gentle blow-dry suited to your pet's coat type ◾ Thorough brush-out to eliminate tangles and maintain a smooth finish ◾ Precise nail filing to promote paw health ◾ Careful ear cleaning to remove buildup ◾ Gentle anal gland expression To complete their spa day, you can select a customized grooming style that fits your preferences and your pet's unique needs. Perfect for small breeds like: Shih-Tzus, Bichon Frises, Miniature Schnauzers, Toy Spaniels, West Highland Terriers, Havanese, Pomeranians, Silky Terriers, and more. Pets will be weighed upon arrival. Additional fees may apply if your pet does not meet the small breed criteria.
Cancellation Policy
Pricing Policy The listed price for each service reflects the minimum charge for that service. Please note that additional charges may apply based on the following factors: ◾ Length of the appointment required to complete the service ◾ Your pet's breed, size, and weight ◾ Use of specialty products or additional services requested during the appointment Final costs will be determined at the time of service to ensure that your pet's individual needs are met with the highest level of care. Card on File You will be required to keep a card on file when booking. Your card will NOT be charged when booking services unless specified for a service. This card will be charged a disclosed fee in the event that you do not meet our cancellation policy guidelines. Cancellation Policy & Late Fees We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. However, to respect our staff's time and scheduling, we ask for your cooperation with the following policies: ◾ Appointment changes: Please reschedule using our booking platform or cancel at least 48 hours in advance by replying to our confirmation text or calling the spa. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will incur a fee of 75% of the booked service cost. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. ◾ Late pick-up fees: A fee of $1 per minute applies after the scheduled pick-up or service completion time, capped at $25 (25 minutes). After 25 minutes, daycare or overnight fees will be applied. ◾ After closing delays: We allow a maximum delay of 10 minutes after closing at the provider's discretion, charged at $5 per minute. Beyond 10 minutes, the overnight fee of $55 per night applies, and pick-up will be the next business day. ◾ Overnight cancellations: Adjust or cancel overnight stays at least 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay cost.
